North Philly Footstompers
Project H.O.M.E.'s Helen Brown started the North Philly Footstompers ten years ago to give kids who live in one of Philadelphia's most violent and poverty-stricken neighborhoods "something positive to do." Today, the Footstompers provides its 25 members with invaluable opportunities that change and enlarge their world perspective while building their confidence and self-esteem. In addition to the Honickman Foundation, Footstompers is sponsored by PNC Bank, Penn Stainless Products, Inc, and Canada Dry Delaware Valley Bottling Co.
